Pre qualifying Potential Buyers:
Raymond and Karen know how to separate the lookers from the buyers, identifying those who are likely to be interested in your home and qualified to buy it. This will save you time and wear and tear on your home because it helps ensure only serious buyers visit your house.

Your Negotiator:
Raymond and Karen have the knowledge and experience to negotiate an agreement on your instructions. When you list with us you are going to sign a Listing Agreement. This is a legal contract that gives us the right to act as your exclusive agent in the sale of your house for a specified period.
